Domaine Eden Chardonnay 2021 CACOFFER From Estate and Fiddlestix VineyardDomaine Eden is the more approachable sister label to Mount Eden Vineyards, high in the Santa Cruz Mountains above Silicon Valley. The Chardonnay is made in the classic Mount Eden style: hand picked, whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented and aged on the lees in Burgundian barrels.
